Teacher digital skills programme

The statewide programme brings practical digital skills, classroom content creation and responsible AI guidance to teachers and school leaders.

Training sessions combine hands-on practice with classroom planning. Participants learn to prepare digital learning materials, organise assessment information, improve communication and use technology safely.

Practical support for classroom teaching

The programme is organised around the real work of teachers. Facilitators guide participants through lesson planning, presentation design, digital assessment and accessible learning materials. Each session includes peer practice and follow-up support.

“Digital tools are most valuable when they help teachers explain ideas clearly, respond to learners and make better use of classroom time.”

Who can participate

Public basic school teachers, head teachers and selected education officers can view dates and registration information through the training calendar. Sessions will be organised across the three senatorial zones.

Next steps

Teachers can review the event schedule, register interest and prepare their teacher ID and school information.
